    Live update with excel?

I am trying to make a sheet that I have viewable by live info. It will be used on a daily basis, and need to be check from a different location frequently. Is there anyway o do this with VBA or is there a similar setting in Excel that would allow you to do this?

The sheet itself has several tabs within it, the data is input one day, then the next day another sheet is worked on. I will attach the sheet so that it will be more easily understood. Its a bit complicated to type out..haha

ok, um..Well as a daily production is ran, I need to be able to open up the excel file being used to view what has been processed and what hasn't been. When the Excel sheet is first opened in the morning, it needs to automatically quick save every 5 minutes or so, in order to give a correct up to date of the daily production.
