How to solve to maximize a value using weighting values

Ok, so first post here, having a problem figuring this out. What i'm basically doing is creating a sizing chart using past data collect using standard deviations, etc, and then using this sizing chart in excel to simulate how well it works.

I have a value for each "size" that will weight it larger/smaller, and I want to play around with these values (up and down on all of them) to see what weighting values will produce the most accurate sizing chart.

Here is how I have it set up as you see below

I tried using solver but it just leaves the values at 1, and then it says it found an optimal solution??

Is there something I'm doing wrong in solver, or another way I can do this?

Sorry I can't show you the rest of the worksheet, as it's confidential, I can however post more screenshots showing how it works if need be...

    Thanks

Ok, I edited the spreadsheet to remove anything important, here is a sample:

I also know my method of using the Z-score is faulty, feel free to suggest an alternative way to make a sizing chart

Dallas, please don't start the same thread in multiple forums.

Looking at your spreadsheet, I get no hint of what factors you're trying to optimize, the goodness criteria, or how the latter depends on the former.
