Hello again
Flushed with success (with your help) from my last visit here, I have another question, if you don't mind.
As a salesman, I enter all my customers information onto a spreadsheet, and when I arrange an appointment with them, I am having to do it all twice - once in excel, & then in Outlook.
What would be great is if I could syncronise the appropriate cells to automatically appear in my Outlook diary as an appointment (which links to my PDF) and maybe even to have an inbedded diary in each dates cell on my spreadsheet, so I can just click on that to enter the future date for that client.
At the least, it would be OK just to have an Outlook appointment icon on my spreadsheet, same way as my Outlook 'Tasks' does!
Any guidance would be much appreciated, thanks.
