Unused cells at end of sheet?

A couple of questions- any help greatly appreciated! First- several of my worksheets have LOTs of unused, empty cells at the end. Do they slow down Excel and take up resources? and Second- If they do how can they be removed?

    1. No, and 2. They can't.

You can hide the unused rows and columns if you think it looks better.
