Measuring time between clicks in seconds

I would like to click on a cell and then some time very soon after click on another cell. I would then like to see the duration between these two clicks expressed in minutes and seconds in another cell.

The NOW function only has minutes as its smallest resolution.

    I am new to Excel.

    Thank you for your time.
