Labels on bar charts parallel

I have been creating bar charts using the wizard and the data is all fine.

However the labels/names don't always run down inside the bar, sometimes they're at a wierd diagonal angle and it can make the chart look confusing any ideas please?

Did you try adjusting the alignment of the axis labels?
