Unique # in one column that needs to replace X in string of text in another column

I currently have an excel document with one column that has a constant text all the way down the coulmn.

    assets/images/CWR/"X".gif

In the next cloumn I have a unique set of #'s that need to replace the "X" above. Each number in this cloumn is different.

I have attached an example. Coulmn S & column V are the two columns in question.

I would say I am a beginner to intermediate so any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

Thank you so much for your help.

I do have one other quick question. Say I want to delete column V after I insert the formula above in column S. How do i do this while keeping column S intact. If I delete column V it obviously removes the "X" in column S.

    Thanks again!
