    Hi

I have looked at your WB, but I can't read your macro's as I'm not using Excel so my apologies if this answer isn't quite to your liking.

You need to format the columns

Right click on the columns that are meant for dates choose format, choose date and choose how you would like the dates to appear.

This will change all the cells to date format including those that are yet to be populated with data.

    Hope this helps

    cheers

    Hi esj001
You could possibly use the text function to change the Format but it will be text
