Sheet Code on protected Sheet

Dear Moderators,
I am facing a problem with protected sheet. in the sheet i wrote some code based on a cell. when i am chachin the cell value it works properly. but when i am protecting that sheet it not works.
i hide and lock all cell except entry cell
but the code effect on other cells those are hide & lock (i did it to prevent my formulas)
is there any way that my code should work properly and no one can view the formulas also.

Please look into the matter and help me as early as possible.
