Graphing Quarters

How do I get the same effect of a pivot table graph without the pivot table? See attached jpeg for how it should look. See attached data for how it's organized with the pivot table.

I need to delete the pivot table and paste as just data due to size limitations. When I paste data out of pivot table, I cannot get the same effect.

If you celar cells A1:C1 and then select range A1:G7 you will get the same chart
