can't find the tabs at the bottom

All of a sudden I'm having trouble getting to the tabs at the bottom of the worksheets and can't move between sheets. I can't scroll down far enough. HELP please

Hi nonync and welcome to the forum.

You have your worksheet window sized where the bottom is off the Excel Window. Try this - Double Click on the worksheet heading. This should Maximize the workbook in the window and you should see the tabs again.

You can use CTRL Page up and page down untill you solve the issue?
