How to custom format as a date & 0;-0;;@ to "hide" 0's

    Hi Guys,
Hopefully someone can assist with this

    I can custom format a cell(s) as 0;-0;;@ to "hide" 0's
    but
I also need to format it as a date when the cell is not 0

We can add data to the cell manually
although it is more typically added via a formula
    (=VLOOKUP(B3,'https://companyweb:444/Sheet xl1041/[User1 Data.xlsx]Current'!A:G,2,TRUE))

    Thank You for you assistance:

adding :: to the end of custom format to remove zeroes also works with others such as currency

Thanks very much for this tip
