    1) you'll need to upload a workbook here, not a picture of one. Click on the FORUM RULES link above to read all the helpful suggestions for getting quick answers here. Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up a copy of your workbook.

    2) When you upload your workbook, mockup your expected results manually, and point them out.

    3) Since you're dealing with Rankings, 100% you'll run into "ties" in ranks. Please represent in your examples ranks that result in ties and how you deal with that in your manual mockup.
