update weekly worksheets

Hi all,

I am looking to create a worksheet in Excel to monitor students' behaviors.

Is there any way to create a working list of students' and teachers' names to feed into each worksheet?

I also need to find a way to update the time frame "week" on the top. (Week of September 19th)

Currently, we are making copies of each worksheet and writing the week, teachers, and students information in by hand....times 200 copies....each week.

There's got to be a better way.

There are definitely ways to achieve the requirements you've stated above, but I will need more information about the fields that your current spreadsheet has, and what the outcome needs to be.

Is there any chance of posting a sample sheet to look at?
