    Excel 2010 Concatonate/Vlookup

I am not all that worldly in excel, my supervisor tasked me with an issue I cannot seem to figure out.
Issue> I have to concatenate several fields from my access tab and have it populate into column J on Jobs tab, that is the easy part.

The hard part is that the rows coming back from access will vary…
So I need to be able to do a vlookup and match the $A5 (jobs), Access Report!$A$2:$E$18 and concatenate the information in Column E (Access Report) and populate it into Column J(Jobs)
    Example data being brought back.
    Alarm Issue Column
    10/9/11, AntennaBranch_AntennaSystemProblemInBranchA /// 10/9/11, AvgRssi /// 10/9/11, OBIF /// AvgRssi /// AvgRssi
    So this part of my formula I tried using concatenate(B2, “ “, E2, “///”, B3, “ “, E3, “///”, B4, “ “, E4, /// “ “ E5, “ “, “///” , E6)

    I attached the spreadsheet

The way that I ussualy resolve this kind of problem is Majing several lookups(Jobs), but first I generate an index on the source(Access Report)
