Control the number of copies by a number input

Hi,
Can anybody help me on this?
I am trying to generate a list where I want to have same value to be repeated in corresponding cells by giving a number. For example if I enter a value 4 to a cell, it should copy the value of its corresponding cell for 4 times and show it in a separate column.

Is this possible by using a formula.

I have also attached a sheet to easy reference.
