Filtering values in a pivot table

I have a pivot which gives values for an Account for two different periods in column and difference between two periods in absolute value as well as %.

Is there a way by which I can Filter the values in the pivot so that it shows only cases where the absolute value difference is more than 1,000,000 and % difference is more than say 20%

I have attached the pivot created so far.

Any help would be much appreciated.
