    Sorting issue

    Hi, I have a 3 column of data and each column has 65536 entries. All 3 columns are togethers but not in order. How can i sort all 3 columns together so it will appear from the smallest and still be 3 columns?

    How about being more specific instead of letting me guess what the issue is. Perhaps a sample of your spreadsheet could be uploaded showing what you have and what you expect the results to look like.

    My crystal ball broke so I couldn't figure out what your real issue is.

    Hi gh33

    See if the attached is what you are needing.
    I've only done it for 3 columns and 20 rows but I think you will get the idea.

    I have attached 2 pics. No.1 is the top of the list and No.2 is the bottom of the list. All the data r text not number. I want them to be sort from the smallest to the largest. Please help me

    it is better if the files uploaded is excel file.
    your problem is SORTING ALPHANUMERIC if you can't upload a dummy file you can visit this Solved Thread
