Choose a value based on 2 cell Critieria

Hello Friends

This is my first post here. I am in need o some help.

I have a file that has some set of folder names in the first row and each of the names has 2 set of permissions in row B (owner or Viewer) and also a corresponding permission value on row C. I am trying to display the correct permission from row C value on a cell based on the folder name and its permissions that i choose. How do i go about it. I have attached a sample file for better understanding.

Any help is very much appreciated.
