highlight or conditional formatting with date/time value in cell

Hi

anyone here know how to do a formula to determine if Column A has a Date/time value. i need to highlight all values in column A with Date/time values.

for example in column A there are

A

12/12/2011 15:00:00
12/25/2011
12/20/2011 5:00:01

i need to have highlight red on the value with date/time value.
