Help with ignoring blank cells when drawing a column chart

I've a chart which includes lot's of rows and columns and there is so much empty cells. Problem is that empty spots in chart takes lot's of space and bars looks so thin. Is there anyway to eliminate these "zerobars" from chart? If i add filters to remove blanks there is nothing left in my chart. And yes, there is a reason why there is so many blank cells.

    Here is an example table.
