I am a long time user of spreadsheet but I am new to EXEL. I am using version 2010.
I have a problem with printing.
I have a Workbook with several Worksheets which are divided into Pages.
I want to print a selection of pages. I know that I can only print a single page or a range of pages but how do I do it?
There are three options in SETTINGS. "Active sheets", "Entire Workbook" and "Selection". None these seem appropriate.
After these option there is a row that shows page numbers that can be edited. Whatever numbers I put into these boxes they are ignored.
How do I get EXEL to act on these entries.
I have tried using Print Areas but you cannot remove a print area to reinstate later because all areas are wiped. Setting them up again is tedious.
Range names can be used to set up these areas but you must be careful to invoke them in the right order becase they seem to be added to the print string on a Last-in-last-out basis not where they appear in the Worksheet.
It would be nice to be able to name Print Areas.
Any comments would be appreciated.
