vba run makro or application

Hello people,
i have a request.
It is for me very difficult to explain this, but i try.
Is it possible when i click on a button to run a makro and colom A and B is both is not empty then do nothing.
But when colom A is not empty and kolom B is empty then run a makro or application. For each row with a empty cell colom B.
Example this action must only by row 11 to row 20
When the hole colom B is empty then run the makro.
This application update every cell in colom A when the cell in colom B is empty
After the update is the cell in colom B filling with text.
I have try many options.

Your query is little unclear to me. You said that "This application update every cell in column A when the cell in column B is empty" but what would be updated in Column A?
Also you need to run the application (macro) when the column B is empty .. right?

Hello DILIPandey,
the wise is that when both colom's A and B are filled, and when i click on the button then run nothing.
But when in colom A cells the are not empty, and when in colom B are empty cells, on the same row. Then when i click on the button run the makro or application, this makro or application must be update the cell in colom A.
The application that update the cell in colom A is already exist.
