Any help from anyone is greatly appreciated. I have created a spreadsheet with a list of names. In order to keep things simple and not having a congested listing I use a drop down list to add the Japanese equivalent. What I want to be able to do is use a macro to switch between both languages instead of doing it one by one using the drop-down list which I created.

Primarily, I need the information in both the NAME and DESCRIPTION area of my spreadsheet to switch between English and Japanese. Can a macro be written to do so? If so, how to do it? Your help is greatly appreciated.
