Adding a repetitive word in all rows of a column

i am new to excel trying to do a mailing list , i have a list of 20 000 names in column A that i need to add one word to all these names ( or current resident) doing it manually is suicide ... please what is the best way? Thank you so much

So, with the word that you need to add, in H1, and your list in Column A,try this.

=$H$1&" "&A1
