    Tenants ledger report

    Hi
I am working on a tenants worksheet with the following information
Apartment #, tenants name, lease term, collectible rent, security deposit
I want to add to this work sheet
    One year renewal % increase
    Two year renewal % increase
And get the result in dollar amount

Also if there is a way that this worksheet can highlight for me the tenants whose leases are about to expire in the next three or four months and need new lease renewals to be applied with the
One and two year increase as stated above.

    I would appreciate some assistance
    Thank you

    Re: Tenants ledger report

you can do that with conditional formating, if you could supply a sample sheet and specific criteria im sure someone here can help you out.

    Re: Tenants ledger report

you can use this formula to calculate the new rent:

    F3
    =E3*(1+$F$2)

    G3
    =E3*(1+$G$2)

    and this for conditional formating:

    =DATEVALUE(TRIM(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE($C3,"-",REPT(" ",100)),100)))<=(TODAY()+120)

please see the attached as well.
