    to cut and paste using macros

    i have a worksheet with values from cell A to AJ.i insert blank rows alternatively using the following macro.
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    now i want to cut the values from cell R - AJ and paste it in cell C of that inserted blank rows.
    pls give me a solution................
