Question UDF Match functions that returns ROW and COLUMN position

Hi. Sorry I am new to this. Can somebody shows me how to create a UDF that is almost like the Match Function but instead will return the Intersection where the match string was found. (in Column and Rows).

Example. I want to see which cell contains the word "Start Here". I need to do this in Macro coding.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Sincerely

    CrispinB

You can use the "FIND" method to get the exact cell that has that text in it. Then you can use that range address anyway you wish.

Jerry, How about if "Start Here" is just part of a string, is that still possible?
