    Corruption after file recovery

Hello. My boss recently deleted a large amount of files created in Excel 2010. I recovered (undeleted) the files, but when he attempts to open them the following error pops up: The file you are trying to open is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source before opening this file.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

Some of the files give this error: Excel cannot open the file **** because the file or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.

In that case you can try any third party utility, which can recover your data fast and very efficient way. Many companies available on the internet, but i would like to suggest you to use recoveryfix for Excel data recovery software because this company offer free trial version of software.
