Macro to insert X rows depending on length of range

I have a basic sample workbook (which is attached) where each data range for columns A-F is separated by one blank row below the last non-blank row of cells. To match up with a corresponding template I need a macro to make each data range (including the following blank rows) exactly 23 rows in length. Meaning I need to add the correct number of blank rows below each of the last non-blank cells to equal 23 for each set. As you can see each set of values varies in range length but none would never exceed 23 rows.

    Thanks for any help.Whiskeytea_Sample 1.xlsm
