    Referring to a range

Heya! There is a general question. I dont understand how, writing a UDF, to refer and to declare a range that later will be chosen by user as his wish. Meaning the arguments will be chosen by user from any place on the sheet. How to refer to it and to declare it. Thanks in advance!

    Just for an example

Here the 'rng' argument - a range that user can select anywhere on the sheet. And the formula will look like this:
    =SumMoreOneOnly(A1:A10)
