Excel 2007 : A list that populates based on the values in another cell

I am trying to help a friend with her scheduling woes at her workplace.

Essentially I am trying to figure out how to get a drop down menu to populate based on the values of a different cells.

For instance...

If the value of any cells in column B are "Yes" then I want the drop down menu to populate with the names from column A.

i.e.

John	Yes
Mike	No
Phil	No
Stuart	Yes

I would want the drop down list to include the names of John and Stuart while excluding Mike and Phil

The values in B will be variable (based on week to week availability, and the employees skill base) and I require the list to update automatically.

I am stumped and the many tutorials I have read in the last week have provided me with little to no help.
