Exclamation Formula to solve multiple scenarios with one general outcome

I have an excel spread sheet where I need multiple outcomes for different scenarios.
I need to have the Disc to display a value based on 2 rows
example if e2=RRS then J2=50 but if e2 is blank I need the value to be based on the number of years
    1-5 years 50
    6-10 years 100
    11-15 years 150
    20+years 200

I was able to put the "if" formula for the first scenario but got stuck after that I tried an array formula still could not get what I wanted.
    Please help

Ok new problem same spreadsheet I now need the formula to be if e2=RRS I need the result to be instead of 50 I need it to add 50 to the outcome of the years. Hope that makes sense so for example if e2 = RRS and the number of years = 10 then i need the disc to be 150

So, if it is "RSS", then add 50, otherwise just the year amount? If so, then try:
