Excel formula for a Roster of Managers On Duty (MOD)

Attached is a copy of MOD Schedule sample exactly as I am using it. We make a excel sheet everyday which has a field to indicate who is the MOD of the day. For instance today is 12 September. I want a formula which will look into the MOD roster and pick up the MOD for 12th September from the list.

The main sheet also has a date, so entering the formula can be easier.

Please have a look into the attached sheet, and explain the possibility.

    Thanks
