table automatically populates based on information in other tabs

Hi,
I have a spreadsheet that has 3 tabs (attached).
The first tab is a table of all data
The second tab is some of that data ordered by qty
The third and fourth tabs have tables that I would like to be automatically populated. I would like the data to be filled in the table from the first tab and I would like it to be whichever food is in that place on the second tab. So on the sheet you can see that cauliflower is the food with the most qty. So on the third tab I would like it to populate data from the first tab but only that which corresponds to cells that say 'cauliflower'. and then the fourth tab would be beans and so on....

Is there anyway in which to do this?
