Merge data from cells on 2nd columns in which the cells of 1st column repeat

So my first column has some numbers that repeat, and the second column has the description for each number. I don't have a total number of rows because I have different sheets with different number of rows, but I 'd like to merge the text on the second column in one cell for the numbers that repeat of the first columns. My data looks something like this:
1 My
1 Name
1 is Jake
2 Today is
2 Monday
3 Let's go
3 to the
3 beach

My end result I want to look like
1 My name is Jake
2 today is Monday
3 Let's go to the beach


I tried doing it in excel, but didn't get what I want. I hears that this is possible doing it with Visaul Basic. ANy help would be appreciated

I have a quick question I've been running the code when I have more than a thousand rows and my computer freezes. Is there something I should change in the code so that it would work for a large number of rows. It only works to around 45 rows but no more.

So jraj1106, how would the macro change if the data from column B was transposed into separate cells, instead of concatenated into one cell? Help is much appreciated.
