Making Charts for Donor Data

Hello! I am an excel novice and I could really use some help!

I have data that looks like this:

Source 2008 2009 2010 2011 Person
Account 1 $5 $10 $30 $92 Jack
Account 2 $16 $7 $38 Jon
Account 3 $39 $83 $23 $4 Jack
Account 4 $49 $30 $83 Jill

This is data that shows 'donor accounts', the person in my organization who 'won' that account, and how much money those accounts have generated each year.

I want to create charts and metrics to show:

• How much total money was generated by each person from 2008-2011.
• How many donations (frequency of donations, not amount) was generated by each person
• Time graphs showing money generated by each person over time (in year intervals)
• Time graphs showing frequency of funds by each person over time (in year intervals)

Note: My data may change. Is it possible to generate these tables but have them linked to the person cells so that if I change a cell it will change the data? For example, if I change the Person in ‘Account 2’ from Jon to Jack, can I have it immediately reflected in the charts?
