Worksheet_Change Event - How to initiate a Macro?

I was hoping someone might have insight on how to do this:

Here's a sample of what I'm trying to accomplish, along with an updated description of what I'm trying to accomplish to go with it:
    1. I want the INPUT tab to monitor for changes to cell B7.

    2. If the cell has a value put into it (The dropdown allows for either "Desktop" or "Laptop"), I want it to run the macro "ListOptions" which copies over either desktop or laptop selections from the ITstore tab, column B.

    3. If the INPUT tab's cell B7 is changed from Desktop to Laptop, or vice versa, I want the macro "ClearSelections" to run and then "ListOptions" to be re-run.

    4. Also, if B7 is cleared out completely, I would also like the "ClearSelections" macro to run.

Thanks for any input on this! I'm totally scratching my head on this one...

Incidentally I'd be inclined to avoid using the same names for modules and procedures. Clearly they work but it's not generally regarded as good practice to have different objects with the same name.
