Charting wrong range when duplicatnig tab

I am running 2007 but most of my work was created on 2003 version.
I have a tab with data and a chart. When I copy that tab and rename it the chart is still referencing the data on the original tab.
This only happens on 1 or 2 computers but all my computers are running 2007 version.

When I save the file and open it on a different computer that I know I dont have that problem the file is still corrupt becase it was creatred on the computer that has some problem I need fixed.

    Any thoughts?

    Correct,
When I select on a chart in a newly made sheet I can not even select some of the lines with the mouse.
I have to go into the data window and change the range manually to the correct range.
