Rename tab with date from a cell for each worksheet in the workbook

I have a workbook that in cell A3 of each worksheet is a date. I want to be able to update the tab name with the date from A3. Every time I run my code it gives an 1004 error, if I put text not dates it works. Any help would be appreciated.
