web chart embed to excel sheet

Hi, i want to embed one web chart in to excel sheet & each 5 min it should refresh (to get latest updates from web site).
I have done bellow thing but it's downloaded some text & chart not add to excel sheet. so pls help me to do this. thanks in advance..

in excel sheet, Data--> from web-->add url--> selected chat--> select cell in excel sheet & proceed

I have found video tutorial from youtube. i have try to setup like video but it's not work. can pls help me to setup this. pls upload excel sheet including video VBA code.thanks.
