Trying to hide row and column based on cell value

I have a few company's in a list and I wish to do two things:

test2013.xlsx

1 Hiding columns Based on 'sorteer_bedrijf' = CELL J2
2 Hiding all rows based on value off company = < 0

----------

1 Example cell value J2 = "Name company 1" (main column = colum 14), hiding colum 15 and 16
2 Same example - Show ROW 7 (becausse the Comission = 400) and hiding ROW 8 till bottom row.

Things are to difficult for me did allready a lot of research on the net and have allready tested a lot, but VBA is not my piece of cake :'(

Can someone help me please ?
