Copying & Pasting with Only User Selected Data

Looking for code to do following:

1. Grabs only the user selected range
2. Copy the data under "Col1" to "ColX" of sheet2 - 'First inserts text string "Header" under column "Fixed" of sheet2 then paste
3. Copy the data under "Col2" to "ColY" of sheet2 - 'First inserts text string "Detail" under column "Fixed" of sheet2 then paste

The issue here is to separate Col1 and put it in "Header", and group respective Col2 together and put it in "Detail" row
So basically when code is ran from sheet1 should produce one like sheet2
And if user selects A3:B7, and run the code should only work with that selected data.
