Rota, Roster, Work Schedule, Timetable, Staffing Allocation

Hi guys - Any help - super appreciated!!!

Im trying to design a staff rota (roster, schedule, Timetable) and Im sure that Excel (with intervention by experts like you) could help me complete it.
    • The following are the working assumptions
    • The rota is set over 7 days a week with an equal amount of shifts every day.
    • There are 10 shifts every day, 5 of which are ‘early’ and 5 of which are late.
    • Each shift is 7.5 hours long.
    • Each member of staff is to work the equivalent of 37.5 hours in a 7 day period but some weeks they could do less and others more – just as long as at the end of a set period the hours equal 37.5 per 7 days rota.
    • Staff are not permitted to work a day in isolation i.e. they cant have a day off, work for a day and then have a day off immediately afterwards
    • Each member of staff is to get an equal amount of Early, Late, Saturday and Sunday shifts
    • There are 14 members of staff but this could be more if necessary
Im pulling my hair out – Any help would be appreciated

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
