    Duplicates within a date rage

    Hi,

Need some help here. I have a list of sales closes. The rule is that the sale cannot be closed more than once within 90 days. I know how to identify if the close is listed twice using an sum product formula. However I wonder if I could add the 90 day criteria. See my attached example.

You see I can identify the unique closes using formula by giving it a value of 1. But it won’t distinguish if the close was previously closed within 90 days.

    Any suggestions?

Thanks! I applied your idea to my spread sheet and it works for now. Hopping it doesn't get too much to handle.

I feel like there is a simpler way but I don't mind setting up help columns for the time being.
