Funding allocation of monthly spend based rank of different fund sources

I am new to the forum, hoping someone can help me out.

I need to drive a funding allocation methodology based on a ranking system. Shown below I have a capital project which has $385m of allocated spend. To fund this project I have 6 different funding sources. Based on a rank applied to each of the funding sources I want to automate the allocation of funding to the monthly spend. Once the 1st ranked funding source is exhausted I need to the formula to automatically start using the second funding source
