Counting the peak & non peak hours between two dates?

I'm trying to work out how many peak & non peak hours there are between two dates.

    For example

    Start Date : 07/12 @22:00
    End Date : 08/12 @22:00

    Peak Time = 00:30 - 07:30
    Non Peak = 07:30 - 00:30

So between the date specified ( can start at any time ):
    17 hours Peak
    7 hours Non Peak

Hope you can help. Sample Attached.

    Thanks,

    Hi,
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I've come across a workbook that seems to be doing what I need.

There's a few formulas involved, I think who did it knows his Excel.

If this helps anyone or a simpler version can be done, I've attached it below.
