"Locking" a free thread vs. "locking" a Commercial Services thread

Today I locked a Commercial Services thread to solve it, and got a PM from a member who was a bit upset that I had locked her thread, and she couldn't understand what she had done wrong, and she really needed an answer right away.

I explained that "lock" means something different in a CS thread than the free forums, and pointed out that I had provided an answer to her question. Then all was OK.

So my suggestion is that in Commercial Services we change the work "Lock" to "Claim" to avoid any such confusion, especially for new users.
