Object Browser resize arrow hang?

Hi,

I'm using Office 2016 and am in the Windows Insider program. I have had a problem that I need to know if others are having and if you are, what version of Excel and Windows you are using.

To repro this problem do this:
1. Open Excel and Click on the Developer Tab
2. Click on Visual Basic to open the VBA editor window
3. Press F2 (or View Object Browser)
4. Move your mouse down to the horizontal line that separates the top and bottom windows of the Object browser until it gives an Up and Down mouse character.
5. Left click the mouse and try to resize the top and bottom windows.

At this point I can't get out of this mouse state. I need to reboot my machine to get things back to normal.

Please let me know if your version will allow you to resize the top and bottom window sizes of the Object Browser.

Bump as I'm on the USA west coast and the posts get reset to zero soon after I posted this.

Works fine on my version of Excel 2010. Might be a 2016 glitch
