    SQL injection detected

    See http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...=1#post4502117

    I'm trying to post an updated VBA function - but Succuri prevents me from posting the VBA code inline (in CODE tags), saying that a SQL injection was detected...

    Re: SQL injection detected

    It may be caused by the term "Replace". Securi sees this as a SQL term as it is in your code. TT really needs to figure out how to work around the SQL terms that appear in normal discourse.

    SQL injection detected. -- Replace ( Replace -- < with 4 characters -- ex ec --

    Block reason: SQL injection was detected and blocked.

    @Olly
    Hi Olly,
    As Alan said it is the Replace, - it is one of three character strings I know about that sucuri does not like , - the third of which I only found last night after 2 hours of trying to paste a code in a Thread.

    The actual string it does not like in your case is

    Replace(Replace

    That is a problem both for normal text or in Code Tags.
    Outside Code Tags I use the “Black space” Trick , as I just did here two lines up. In Code tags I just add a space – Then when an OP copies the code to a Code Window in the VB Editor, then the VB editor automatically adjust it and takes out the space
